Google the keyword “making money online” and you
see websites in glaring colors and large fonts: Make money online the
easy way, the fastest way!!! The more brazen ones claim that you can make money
online in 48 hours!! If you believe and sign up, you get to a webpage
where you are presented with a sales pitch to enroll in eCourses, buy eBooks,
or pay for membership in these sites.
The so-called “gurus” claim they have the “holy grail” for making money online but once you sign-up and pay… you find out that what they are teaching is too general to understand.
True… there are hundreds of ways to make money online but most of them are for people who already understand the workings of the web, such as graphic designers and webmasters. But for people like me whose only involvement with the internet is through emails, Facebook and Google search… it is unlikely that we can make money online in 48 hours or in 7 days!!
Let’s look at the many ways to make money online:

9. Making money with Google Adsense
10. Writing and Selling eBooks
11. Making money with ClickBank
12. Making money by marketing CPA offers (whatever that means)
13. By FOREX trading
14. Making money with Twitter
15. Getting into network marketing or MLM
16. Starting your own informational membership site
17. Ghostwriting for other people’s blog
18. Becoming a virtual assistant
19. Making money with Amazon, Hubpages, Squidoo, YouTube
20. Building custom Wordpress themes
21. Parking expired domains (some people don’t even know what domain is)
22. Flipping expired domains (what’s with all the flipping?)
23. Making money with top search engine ranking
24. Making money with Web 2.0 and social media sites
25. Running your own affiliate program
For someone in desperate need of money, the internet holds a lure. There are hundreds of ways to make money online but if you look at the above list, how many people can easily do them?
What is my point? That making money online the easy or the fast way is not true! Making money online is possible… but it’s NOT EASY nor FAST!!! There are so many who have made tons of money but for every 10 people who have succeeded, there are hundreds who have failed.
They have failed because they believe that they can make money by purchasing some CD’s, eCourses and ebooks teaching them that they can make money while they sleep.
Earning money while you sleep is possible … but only after you have put in a LOT of WORK and only after some time of EDUCATING yourself, UNDERSTANDING the workings of the online business and then IMPLEMENTING all you have learned… only then can you make money online!
To sum it up, making money online can only happen if you do the following:

3. INVEST TIME
